The emblem of the dragon is representative of the ancient and mighty Dragon Empire of Ard'dr.  The emblem waved proudly on the banners that rode in the forefront of the hosts of Ard'dr and was recreated in the floor of the Council Chamber of Ard'dr where it was made up of many thousands of inlaid tiles, some of which were of pure gold or precious stone.
